How Komplete Gets its Buzz (and Benefits!) Ever wondered how kombucha gets its fizz, tang, and those mysterious health perks? It's all about fermentation – a little bit of science, a little bit of ancient art... We start with sweet tea, then add a SCOBY (think of it as a living community of bacteria and yeast). This kicks off fermentation, where the SCOBY eats the sugar, creating natural carbonation and a touch of alcohol. Of course, we've got our special techniques to get the perfect balance of flavor, sweetness, and buzz. Years of tinkering in the 'Komplete lab' have taught us a thing or two 😉 This whole process is why kombucha has probiotics, antioxidants, and that feel-good factor that makes it a smarter party choice. The Komplete Sangria Kick 🍹

Ingredients: 1 (750ml) bottle of your favorite Komplete flavor (Peach & Rosemary works great, but any will do!) 1 cup chopped seasonal fruit (berries, citrus, apples, peaches – whatever's fresh!) 1/2 cup white wine or brandy (optional, for an extra boozy kick) 1/4 cup orange juice Cinnamon stick for garnish Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Gently muddle the fruit to release some juices. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight) to blend the flavors. Serve over ice, garnished with cinnamon sticks, and enjoy! From Humble Beginnings to Your Perfect Party Did you know Komplete wasn't always the bubbly, delicious drink you love? It all started with a craving for something healthier, more fun... and a serious case of "let's see what happens" energy. Picture this: a group of friends, tired of sugary cocktails and the next-day hangovers. We wanted to party, but we also kinda wanted to, you know, feel good about it.  Enter kombucha – that tangy, slightly weird fermented tea everyone was talking about. We figured, "Hey, if it's got good bacteria, maybe a little booze won't hurt?" Turns out, getting that balance right was harder than it sounds. Our first batches tasted like... well, let's just say they were an acquired taste. There was the exploding pineapple incident of '22 (we still don't talk about it).
